MYTHOLOGIES OF EVERYDAY LIFE
Telmo Alcobia was born in Lisbon in 1980. He holds a degree in Painting and a master's degree in Drawing from FBAUL - Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Lisbon. In the two color variants of the presented screen prints, the blacks accentuate the dramatic intensity of the violence and aggression of the war images that continuously "assault" us, as targets of an absurdity imposed upon us with the absence of a cosmic dialogue capable of conveying balance and harmony.
