UNDERWATER WORLD MAGIC - A CRITICAL OBSERVATION

Colombian artist Jorge Calero (b. 1960), who has been living in Portugal since 1988, pursued a visual arts education in his home country, specializing in serigraphy, and further developed his skills at the National Society of Fine Arts and Ar.Co in Lisbon. The underwater reality, with its vibrant colors, unique flora, and captivating creatures, served as the inspiration for this body of work. Despite the complexity of the compositions, the forms within them shine through, radiating the enchantment of this animated universe, steeped in a mysterious and intimate aura.
