JOURNEY OF ROOTS
Gustavo Fernandes' latest lithograph is part of the surrealist aspect of his work, showcased in a significant and recent exhibition hosted by EPAL in Lisbon. The boat, symbolizing the great voyages of the spirit and imagination, is intertwined with a bare tree that sets sail with its roots towards the unknown, capable of unlocking all possibilities and where a dream of escape and freedom seems to glimpse.
