Domingos Mateus
Born in Lisbon in 1961, this artist holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Minho. Alongside his career as a painter, he is also a member of a musical group called "Fados e Guitarras de Coimbra". He has held numerous solo and group exhibitions and has been selected multiple times for the "Fidelidade Jovens Pintores" competition, as well as the "Prémio Júlio Resende" and "Prémio Almada Negreiros" awards. He received an Honorable Mention at Port'Arte, Portimão, in 1992 and 1993.
