Born in Italy in 1971, this artist has made a name for themselves in the world of illustration. With a diverse portfolio, they have worked with renowned publishers such as Caminho, Polvo, and Assírio & Alvim, creating captivating book covers and illustrations. Their talent extends beyond books, as they have also contributed to publications like Expresso, Público, and Diário de Notícias. In addition to their impressive body of work, this artist is also an experienced teacher. They have taught Illustration in Multimedia as part of a post-graduate program at ISEC, as well as Editorial Illustration for Press at Ar.Co. Their expertise in the field has allowed them to collaborate with fellow artists such as João Fazenda, Miguel Rocha, and João Paulo Cotrim on various comic book projects. The artist's skills in graphic design and art direction are evident in their role as the designer and art director for the magazine 365. Their exceptional work has been recognized by prestigious organizations, including the Clube de Criativos de Portugal, Society for News Design, and Society of News Design Ibérica. In 2009, they were honored with the Stuart Award for Best Press Illustration. With a unique style and a passion for visual storytelling, this artist continues to captivate audiences with their thought-provoking and visually stunning creations.
