Linocut in 4 color variations

The passion of lovers' embrace throughout history is reinvented in this linocut featuring four color variations, limited to a print run of 25 copies each. Created by Cuban artist Niurka Bou, "Enigma of Love" captures the dreamlike universe governed by the moon. It combines sensuality, depicted through the voluptuous surrender of the couple, with innocence, represented through the almost naive portrayal of the figures. The artist deliberately chose this approach to emphasize and recreate the magic of that unique moment of a kiss.
