"Thoughts Don't Make Noise" is a series of current serigraphs by Ana Ventura, which correspond to illustrations for the book "Thoughts Don't Make Noise" with texts by Constance Ørbeck-Nilssen, set to be released soon by the Norwegian publisher Magikon Forlag. The artist creates a blend of innocence and poetic surrealism, reminiscent of the Belgian artist Magritte, forming a new code for perception that blurs the boundaries between the real and the unreal, the visible and the invisible. It takes us on a journey into a territory where scales are subverted, and the unusual and the marvelous come together, positively "contaminating" the objects and beings in her plastic fables. These are stories for adults who, like her, refuse to lose the magical domain of childhood.
