Violeta Lópiz
Violeta Lópiz, a young and talented artist born in Ibiza and currently living and working in Berlin, is recognized as one of the top ten names in Spanish illustration (El Cultural de El Mundo). In 2011, her book "Les Poings sur les Îles" was awarded the CJ Picture Book Awards in South Korea, and in 2016, she received the Illustrarte Biennial Prize in Lisbon, Portugal, for her book "Amigos do Peito" with text by Brazilian author Claudio Tebas, published by Bruaá.
Violeta fills her illustrations with everything she experiences, often incorporating music and travel elements into her creations. Her childhood serves as one of her greatest sources of inspiration, where she finds spontaneity and imagination.
