Franck Baum: The Wizard of Oz, is associated with the universe of children's tales and fables, bringing together the magical figures of the Emerald City founded by a circus artist, a supposed wizard, in the Land of Oz. A world of fantastic and mythical creatures that the image reproduces and in which a girl, Dorothy Gale, represents the wisdom and innocence of childhood.

Born in Lisbon, Lourdes Leite holds a degree in painting from ESBAL and a degree in engraving from SCGP.
