This album, created by the renowned Cuban photographer Paco Bou, pays tribute to Alicia Alonso, the Prima Ballerina Assoluta of Cuban ballet and a worldwide ballet diva.

Alicia Alonso (1920-2019) danced until the age of 74, shared the stage with the best dancers, including Rudolf Nureyev, and elevated dance as a hallmark of her country, being honored by UNESCO for her global promotion of ballet.

For over 30 years, Paco Bou served as Alicia Alonso's personal photographer, creating an impressive photographic archive of the ballerina as well as the National Ballet of Cuba.

Together with the photographer, the Portuguese Center of Serigraphy carefully selected 3 photographs from his extensive collection, immortalizing the perfection and grace of the famous dancer in this elegant Art Album that pays homage to her.

Photographs numbered and signed by the photographer.
