Nuno Medeiros

Born in Paris in 1970, Nuno Medeiros is an artist who has studied Art History, Classical Painting Techniques, and Sacred and Symbolic Geometry. He was a part of the Portuguese delegation – Grands et Jeunes d’Aujourd’hui – in 1998 and 1999. Nuno Medeiros was also selected for the XII International Biennial of Vila Nova de Cerveira, and has since participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions. Combining geometric planes with twisted or altered figures, his work reflects a compositional simplicity that merges the possibilities of new technologies with painting, collage, and assemblage.
