Michael Walker

Born in 1951 in São Paulo, Brazil, the artist is a graduate of the Geneva School of Visual Arts in Switzerland. They completed their doctoral studies in Arts at the University of Barcelona in Spain, supported by a CAPES scholarship granted by the Brazilian Ministry of Education. In 1982, they were awarded a Fullbright scholarship to pursue a postgraduate degree in printmaking in the United States, attending the University of New Mexico and the California College of Arts and Crafts.
