Cristobal Olmedo

Born in 1957, the artist held their first solo exhibition in 1980 and has since participated in numerous individual and collective exhibitions. Notable accolades include receiving the 2nd Prize for Painting in Majadahonda, Madrid, Spain in 1982; the Aboleng Medal of Honor in Madrid, Spain in 1989; and the Medal of Honor in the “La Caja” Painting Prize in Córdoba, Spain in 1992, among others. The artist has also participated in prominent art fairs such as Art Chicago in Chicago, USA; Art Miami in Miami, USA; and Arte Santander in Cantabria, Spain, among others.
