Carlos Neto

Born in Sintra in 1955, this artist has an impressive resume that includes numerous exhibitions. Some of the notable individual exhibitions include: Interclub 17 in Paris in 1986, ArtDomus Gallery in Sintra in 1990, Moira Gallery in Lisbon in 1991, and the Water Museum with “Lagos da Memória” in 1993. Additionally, the artist has participated in various collective exhibitions both in Portugal and abroad. Some of these include: “O Vinho e a Vinha na Pintura” at the National Society of Fine Arts in Lisbon in 1989, the “Carlos Botelho Competition” at Miron Gallery in 1991, and “Aspectos das Artes Plásticas em Portugal” at the National Society of Fine Arts in 1992. The artist has also exhibited in locations such as Belgium, New Caledonia, France, Germany, and Greece. With an extensive body of work, this artist’s talent is truly internationally recognized.
