Carlos Barroco offers us in this serigraphy series a universe that merges emblematic vocabularies of 20th-century aesthetics. Abstraction, cubism, the simultaneism of Robert and Sonia Delaunay, and pop art come together in a kind of joyful naivety that would please Mestre Almada Negreiros. These scenarios have great poetic plasticity, true living landscapes for the delight of the soul and the senses. Maria João Fernandes AICA - International Association of Art Critic
