Alfredo Luz, born in 1951 in Rio Meão and lived in Luanda from 1961 to 1978, completed the Art Course at the Industrial School of Luanda. The artist continues the great tradition of Surrealism, which in his painting is associated with the marvelous and a universe of fables where we sense the reflection of an oneiric biography not only of the author, but of humanity itself. In his current prints, this virtual world is present, a second reality that emerges as the true one, preserved in a kind of Noah's Ark capable of carrying the most ancestral dreams and the most contemporary ones, of which the artist is guardian and messenger.
