Rodrigo Gatinho
Rodrigo Gatinho (Lisbon, 1975) began his journey as a professional photographer in 2002. He focuses his activity on institutional, corporate, and brand activation event coverage, exploring an approach that seeks to showcase the less obvious and the most natural. He is the founder of the photographers' collective PIGMENTA, where he produced work until 2012 when he started a four-year collaboration with the Presidency of the Council of Ministers as the official photographer. Currently, he works as a freelancer with a diverse client base in the fields of communication, advertising, cinema, and art.
In parallel, he develops personal projects such as his recent work "Fátima," which offers a perspective on the various and distinct aspects of the century-old phenomenon that leaves no one indifferent. Another project, "WALK," is a black and white street photography essay where he explores the contrasts and dynamics of evolving cities.
