Partnership:
Valério Vidali, an Italian painter and illustrator born in 1983, has gained recognition and awards in major international exhibitions. His books have been published in various European countries and the US. In his latest work, a blend of screen printing and engraving, Vidali combines images of the Botanical Garden (one of his most frequent sources of inspiration) and the ruins of the Convento do Carmo in Lisbon, an ancient Gothic church partially destroyed during the 1755 earthquake. This artwork creates a perfect dialogue between nature and culture (architecture) under the sign of the Sacred.
